What will the window film do if the windows break?The window film will hold the window in place to help protect injury from the flying glass.

How long does window film last?Most window films come with a lifetime warranty against cracking peeling, adhesive failure, or delaminating.

How is the film installed?Window film is professionally installed on the interior side of the window.

Will the surface scratch when cleaned?All the films we install have a coating on top of the film that is scratch resistant.

How is the film maintained?Do not clean the film sooner than 30 days after installation. No abrasive cleanser should be used when cleaning. Use 1/2 ounce of liquid dish soap added to 1 quart of fresh water. Use a soft cloth or clean synthetic sponge for washing the window film. We recommended Bounty brand paper towels for softness and the least amount of lint.

Why would you recommend window film to clients?It does not compete with other window treatments. The customer can also enjoy the natural sun light during the day light, protecting the interior of the home and building.

Will climate conditions change the dry-out time of the window film?Cold and non-sunny weather conditions can lengthen the dry-out time. Warm weather and direct sun light exposure will shorten the dry-out time. If slow drying occurs, do not be alarmed.

What should I do if I have bubbles in my film after installation?If you have small bubbles in your film do not touch or try to get them out. The bubbles are most likely water bubbles. The trapped moisture will dry out completely. It may take longer if you have safety and security film installed due to increased thickness of the film.

How long can dry-out time last?Dry-out can vary from a few days to as much as 6 months.
